Payment & Refund Policy
Soar Sabbath Retreats is a hospitality service operated by PT The Rest Center in Lombok, Indonesia.
Payment Process
Reservations are confirmed after availability is reviewed by our staff. Once availability and final pricing are confirmed, guests receive a secure invoice or payment link.
All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Available payment methods may include bank transfer, virtual account, QRIS, or other supported payment channels.
Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and recorded by our system. Guests will receive a confirmation message once payment has been completed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival may be eligible for a partial refund depending on costs already incurred.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are generally non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used during booking. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or issuing bank.
