Pricing & Payments
Pricing varies depending on stay type and retreat dates. All prices are charged and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payments are accepted by credit card or bank transfer after booking confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation terms are communicated clearly prior to payment. Unless otherwise stated, retreat bookings are generally non-refundable, with possible transfer to a future retreat date within a defined period.
Location & Travel
Guests typically arrive via Lombok International Airport (LOP) or by fast ferry from Bali to Senggigi Harbor, followed by local transport to the villa. International guests are responsible for meeting Indonesian visa requirements.
